Meeting Room Hire
The Hall is primarily used as an Outdoor Education Centre providing training and outdoor activities for both adults and young people. We offer a full catering service including breakfast lunch and/or dinner. Coffee, tea, filtered water are available throughout your stay. We also operate a fully licensed bar with a varied wine menu. Menus will change with the seasons. All seminars/training days from 1st December to the end of January can include a traditional Christmas Lunch as part of the day. Flipcharts, Overhead Projectors, Screens and stationary are available to facilitate your meeting. Arrangements are flexible to suit the Individual needs of groups – prices available on request. Corporate Team Building packages can be organised to suit individual customer need. A full list of outdoor activities are available on request.
The Suite consists of two rooms, one of which is laid out board room style, the other is a less formal lounge with comfortable leather sofas. The Suite has its own private entrance and car park for Guests. There is direct telephone and fax access. Flipcharts, an Overhead Projector and full Wireless Internet access are available. The Lounge is equipped with a Wide Screen Television, Video and DVD player. The TV screen is also a monitor for the PC which enables presentations to be delivered through Powerpoint. The price of full day including lunch is £37.00 per delegate per day (plus VAT where applicable) Main Hall
Smaller meeting rooms are also available for use on their own or as breakout rooms alongside use of the Lounge. The Drawing Room offers a comfortable soft seating area and a board room table to seat seven. Price of a full day within the Main Hall is £31.50 plus VAT per delegate per day including use of the lounge, dinning room, drawing room, refreshments, lunch and your required facilities. Training Room Three Training Room Three can seat thirty people theatre style or sixteen people board room style. It is a self contained meeting room which offers its own facilities for refreshments. Price for a full day within Training Room Three is £26.00 plus VAT per delegate per day including refreshments, lunch and your required facilities. |

Grendon Hall is a delightful Queen Anne House with interesting earlier architecture dating from the Tudor period. The Hall stands in 17 acres of formal gardens, open fields and woodland.
In November 2006 we opened a new Executive Suite of seminar rooms. These will accommodate 16 people comfortably and are completely self contained. 
The Main Hall is a delightful period property which offers a unique atmosphere within which to hold your meeting. The lounge can seat fifty people theatre style or twenty four horseshoe style.
